Both in office and lunch component. The interview was fairly standard interview questions. The lunch was very informal and wide ranging covering economics, politics, and pop culture. Seems like a fun place to work.

There was an initial 15-minute HR screening over the phone, then a30-minute phone interview with the department manager. Finally, in-person panel interviews with 2-3 people per panel, which lasts 45 minutes per group. Individuals in the panel are primarily from the department you're applying to work with, and several individuals from other IHS departments.

The first phone call was a screening from HR, then I got a call a few days later from a hiring manager. I was offered the job a few days later. They asked very basic questions and wanted to make sure I knew who IHS was and why I was passionate about their mission.
