Branch manager inquired about my previous work history and the tasks that I was capable of doing on my own.
After he learned of my skills and what I had to offer the company, he asked about my driving record and my background.
He then asked me if I could pass a drug test and if so I could start the following day.
The branch manager explained to me the company policies, benefits, showed me around the shop and told me what my role at this branch would be.

Straight to the point, very transparent, and very welcoming. If you have experience then the job is practically yours for the taking. I work in the crawlspace department and started working the day after the interview
