Interview
A group interview conducted in a grocery store. It included a brief presentation followed by a test of how quickly you can shop. The interviewer gives each person a list that includes six items, three of which are highlighted. You then have to go around the store and find each item and take a picture of it. For the highlighted item you have to find a good replacement (different brand, similar flavor, etc.). If you can do this in less than 12 minutes, you move on to the interview. It is a very quick and easy interview about why you chose the replacements you did and what makes you a good fit. For me, the interview was less than 5 minutes and they didn't even ask if i wanted the position, just asked for my t-shirt size, gave me an Instacart card, told me which store I'd be working at, and scheduled me.
The only interview is when you fill out the online application about your criminal and driving history. There isn't a phone interview and there isn't an in person interview. A background check is done, and for me I had to be on the wait list for at least 4 to 6 months before a spit opened up for me. So that was a huge downside.

The interview process was pretty easy. You'll be asked a few questions, and you'll be timed while looking for an item in the grocery store. Easy process all and all.

Interview
One nice thing is there’s no interview. You will have a background check, you’ll need to provide your drivers license information and picture. You’ll also be prompted periodically to submit a picture of yourself, which must match your DL picture. These requests come randomly and you must use their software to submit your picture. You will not be able to do another order until you submit your photo.
