Inspired Outsourcing interview questions

Call over the phone, followed by in person interview. Both very casual and friendly asking general questions about sales. Very pleasant atmosphere and process. Following this was a chance to listen in to calls to get a feel for them and a quick chat with the manager.

Quick process from phone call to face go face interview. However during questioning, it appeared that unless you were under 25 and had very little work experience then you were not a good fit for the company. Interviewers made the age discrimination quite clear during interview.
