      Machine Learning Engineer Interview

      13 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Minneapolis, MN
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inspire11 (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2026

      Interview

Pretty straightforward. Recruiter call, initial fit/basic technical assessments, two technical interviews, and then a call with the "final bosses". One of the fastest cycles I've ever had in tech consulting, I think that they really needed an engineer to fit the role. I found the interviews pretty easy in the sense that most of what they asked matches my day-to-day current job, but you definitely could not pass if you haven't had at least a year or two of deploying ML solutions.
