I applied online. I interviewed at Inspira Health Network (Vineland, NJ)
Interview
After two interviews, they told me to send an email with my availability so that I can come back and meet the entire team. After sending an email and a follow-up, I never heard back from her. A few days later, I saw that they reposted the job. I would understand if they told me that they're still interviewing and that they'll keep in touch, but they told me that I was clear for the next step and that they want me to come in within the next two weeks. I still haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Be wary.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Inspira Health Network in May 2025
Interview
I applied in early April and had a screening call in mid-May. After that, I completed three separate one-hour virtual interviews with various leaders over the two weeks. The interviews were thorough and professional, covering my experience, leadership style, and approach to challenging situations.
However, after completing my interviews, there was complete silence. I sent thank-you notes and followed up with the recruiter, but heard nothing until I received an automated rejection email in mid July—over two months later.
While I completely understand not being selected for a role, the lack of communication throughout the process felt disrespectful. Interviewing someone four times and then failing to provide any personal feedback or closure was frustrating and made the process feel like a poor use of my time. I wouldn’t apply for a job here in the future—how they treat candidates during the hiring process speaks volumes about how they might treat employees.
