My initial interview was with the HR lead then I had a series of 3 additional interviews. Millennium was very timely in setting up the interviews and follow-ups. one interview was panel based with two technology leads.

Many questions about experience leading digital initiatives, business engagement, measures of success, agile methodologies, and how I have worked with key business and product leads.
Also a number of questions on team leadership, leadership style, and for examples of of dealing with challenging situations.
