Interview
The interviewed process consist of 3 phone interview screening and 1 group interview panel and presentation and 2 additional 1:1 interviews all over about three weeks. I have heard that this process can generally that longer and you have to fly to Houston, TX for the group panel interview.

No question was extremely difficult all of the questions asked had to do with situation and problem solving,
