Initial phone interview with the recruiter, followed by 2 different assessment test. Followed by an in-person Panel interview. In the end, I was told they decided to hire from within.

Interview
Had phone interview with HR then an in person with the entire team lasting 3 hours then was told that my background was going to be checked. Was asked for information verifying my employment. I reached out to my references but they were never called. I don't know what happened as when I followed up with HR they just said they were still in the interviewing process which didn't make sense as they asked for referencing information?

What Interview? I was recruited from LinkedIn, was told the Corporate Human Resources representive would call me at 10:0am EST 1/24. No calls, I emailed the rep, sent her a LinkedIn InMail and called her. No repsonses, so not able to tell if she needs to reschedule the call. I went to the Insperity website, attempted to apply to the position she was calling me about, but received a pop up message that I had already applied, so the recruiter must have entered my information already, without my permission. This all seems shady. BEWARE .
