Ended the interview after 5 minutes. Director had clearly not read my CV, spent the interview rolling his eyes and yawning at me, then asked me questions I had already answered as he clearly wasn’t listening. His tone was very aloof and he did not seem engaged with the process. My attempts at building rapport were not successful.
