The recruitment process was highly selective and thorough, involving multiple rounds of technical assessments and behavioral interviews. It is an excellent environment for fresh graduates looking to build a strong professional foundation, as the mentorship is top-tier.
However, be prepared for a lower-than-average starting salary. While the prestige and learning curve are significant, the financial compensation doesn't quite match the rigorous entry requirements. It's a classic "experience over pay" tradeoff.

The interview was scheduled at 3PM but the interviewer had a meeting so it was postponed to 5PM. Maybe the interviewer has a bad mood in that day so she was attacking me with sharp and scathing question and underestimate me so much. So bad for first impression. It's a big no for me.

there is two stage interview, HR interview and CEO interview. For the HR interview, there is interview and also personality test. and for the CEO interview it is more technical.
