One 30 minute phone call with a recruiter and then a 45 minute very chill and laid-back panel interview with the manager and director. just typing so that i can make the thirty word count.

Recruiter reached out via email for a one hour panel interview.
The panel consisted of Director, senior Manager, Manager and team member.
They each took turns asking questions. 3 questions came from each of them.
Conditional/tentative offer came in next day.
