I applied online and then got an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview for the position. It took 4 weeks after the interview to finally start working at my position.

The interview process wasn't to bad. Talked on the phone with a recruiter at first then they link you up with a higher somewhere in that department. After that you they make you an offer and whether or not you take it will continue on to the next step
