      Research Assistant Interview

      28 Feb 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Boulder, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Inotiv (Boulder, CO) in Feb 2022

      Interview

Interview took the entire day and SERIOUS animal care concerns arose just during the process of being shown around the facility and talking to the team. They were all discussing something a coworker had done to falsify the numbers of an animal's weight to keep it from being euthanized so they could continue to use it for the study which violates their own ethical guidelines, god knows what else is happening here. Literally a massive chop shop, stay away.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you feel about an experimental model that involves dropping a heavy weight on each mouse's head?
