Innovative Systems interview questions

Two rounds with 5 different interviewers at the manager and director level. The fact that all interviewers were white men living in South Dakota gave a strong no-diversity vibe though of course I did not ask. Mostly behavioral questions. A few really easy technical questions. It was clear they are used to interviewing and hiring for in person work straight out of local colleges. There seems to be a disconnect between their new private equity management and main team of employees.

1 interview call, 1 technical test, 1 presentation meeting, 1 call with HR. 3 weeks in total. Part of the process was with the London Team and the other with the US team
