I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Innovations for Poverty Action (New Haven, CT) in Mar 2015
Interview
Three stage process: 1.) Phone interview with two research analysts that had held this position in the past. This stage followed by 2.) a Stata test to demonstrate econometric analysis skills (likely to have test for relevant programs, such as SPSS or SAS), and finally, 3.) an interview with the Principal Investigator for the project to determine a good fit. I was contacted about 3-4 weeks after submitting my application, with a notification to move onto the second stage in about 10 days..
