Interview
Initial interview was in Providence, RI office. All interactions were pleasant and professional. The second interview, which was to be a job shadow, consisted of going out into a fairly rural area of Rhode Island to try and sell phone/cable/interview services for a major company, none of which was mentioned as part of the job shadow, in hot summer heat for more than 9 hours.

Interview
They took 3 interviews to make me an offer, which was a pleasant surprise. I spent some time in their training sessions as well as shadowed a client presentation, which was odd to me at first. But the manager told me that they really wanted to make sure this was a good fit on both ends so we wouldn't waste any time in the future, which made sense. I actually enjoyed watching what my day to day would be like, and I think that's what really helped make my decision to accept the offer.
