Innovar Group interview questions

Was contacted by an Innovar recruiter in Boulder. I filled out initial paperwork for position & was submitted to client. Recruiter promised to call me in 1 wk w/ an update. I waited till end of that week & found out the recruiter quit just a day or two after last speaking w/ me! Another recruiter took over his contacts & never got back to me as promisedm In a nutshell, there are 20+ yr old recruiters there who are very sloppy in the business etiquette dept.

I found out about the job through a head hunter. I submitted a resume to the head hunter and it was forwarded to the company. I was first interviewed by the Director of Operations. Then I was interviewed by the Quality Manager, it was his first day on the job, and the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
