1 day Process. Logic and Programming exams where given. followed up by an interview that is conducted by an employee. I must say HR is okay, welcoming but not that friendly.

Interview
An agent got me an interview with the CEO. No screening process.
Very chilled out atmosphere, interview was very informal with some generic competency questions asked. Feedback given straight away.
Unfortunately another candidate with more client facing experience got offered the job.
