Fairly standard. Spoke to a recruiter, then hiring manager, then did a presentation to a panel. After that though, they never got back to me. Not even a "sorry, thanks for your time", which is super disrespectful of a candidate's time and honestly reflective of their terrible glassdoor reviews.
