1) General coding test and Aptitude Round
2) Technical session about in java and python
3) Main technical and project related questions and assigning tasks from what you learnt
4) HR discussion
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Innomed in May 2012
Interview
The interviewing process was not out of the ordinary. I first had a one on one with the HR Manager. She asked the usual questions like about my past work and education experiences. She was very pleasant and easy going. Next I was introduced to the VP of Operations and VP of Sales, which were pleasant as well. They then asked me what I believed I could contribute to the org., what were my future goals, and explained to me the responsibilities of the position.
