Interview
The process itself was very standard, covering both knowledge of the job, regulations and requirements mandated by state HHS board, and the general culture of the company to ensure good fit. There were a few questions about what-ifs that you'd encounter during routine work. Structured, professional, and pleasant.
Two part interview one part is on zoom and part two is in person. They like to get a feel for your attitude and appearance more than anything. They like people who are flexible to change.
