I applied online. I interviewed at Inland Empire Health Plan
Interview
I was invited to a phone interview, took time off work, and the recruiter failed to show up at our scheduled time. After a brief and seemingly insincere apology, he rescheduled for later that same day and missed the second call as well. He then stopped responding for several days before texting me and telling me he had been out of the office all week and asked if I was available to talk immediately. I responded within a minute, only to be ghosted again for a third time. Overall, the experience felt extremely unprofessional, and the recruiter showed clear disrespect for candidates’ time and effort.

Interview
Multi-layered interview process - HR screening, Management, Directors. All interviewers were welcoming and made me feel comfortable with the process. The time between interviews was semi-lengthy but the overall process went well.
