Inland Behavioral & Health Services interview questions

I was called and ask a couple quick questions on the phone then scheduled for in person interview. It was a panel style interview with 2 people and was pretty long honestly almost an hour of talking. Everyone their loved me wanted to hire me told me congrats etc I did the drug test sane day passed and then did 1 final phone interview a couple days later and was told I was being hired and someone else would call with my offer info.....I got the call same day and said they were writing up the offer paperwork and they noticed I put $29/hr because the range stated on job was $27.50-29. I was told they start LVN at the lowest and asked about why I requested $29 and I explained because I would be waiving benefits as I already have full benefits and I wantsd to see if they offer me that rate or anything else for waiving my benefits. This was taken very off guard I was told would have to find out and would call me back but they did not want to lose me. They then completely ghosted me. Its now been 1.5 weeks since my "offer". I tried following up email saying I was still interestered in position and was looking for an update blah blah and not even a courtesy response of they are moving forward with someone else or they cant honor the hourly I requested. I honestly was 100% prepared to accept the job at the lowest rate because I liked the position, but they said they would get back to me. The company since re posted the position and continues to search for a hire. So glad I dodged a bullet with this company, because you don't want to work for someone who treat their new hires/employees that way. I read the reviews prior but wanted to give them benefit of the doubt. Just run.
