Inktel Operations Manager interview questions

Went through 9 different interviews ranging from recruiter to COO. Over the phone and face to face. They all ask the same questions. Really felt like they could have done a panel interview. I received positive feedback from the recruiter after every interview but after the last interview, I didn't hear anything back until I received a standard email saying I wasn't selected. Would have been nice if they would have called me to at least provide feedback on why I wasn't selected after I had invested all of that time interviewing.
