I was called to meet face to face and the meeting was about half an hour just a general chat about my experience. I was told they would be in contact with me for a second interview, and gave me a magazine to go home and study. Quite frustrating as they never called so I wasted my time reading the magazine. I followed up and was told again they would contact me, again they didn't. I emailed a 3rd time and again had to wait until they finally said that I hadn't got the job.
