After a nice pre-screening phone interview with HR and a quick personality test, the HR rep contacted me to schedule an interview. The interview itself was very simple. She asked the typical interview questions and was very clear when describing the job. The interviewer was very professional, but also welcoming. While we did cover the basics, we also got side-tracked several times. The interview felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, which was nice and put me more at ease.
I received an automated rejection the first time I applied, but was contacted by phone several months later when I tried again. At all stages during the hiring process, both the HR rep and the department person were incredibly nice and welcoming.
