Interview
They respond really quickly. For me, it took 1 week. After submitting resume:
Stage 1: online simulation where you are required to act as an agent, be prepared to write down information as quick as possible
Stage 2: phone interview, easy just stay calm and answer truthfully
Stage 3: face to face interview, behavioral questions regarding customers calling and what will u do in each situation
(awaiting results)

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ingledew's Shoes (Richmond, BC) in Mar 2011
Interview
The interview was pretty laid back. It was consist of the store manager's 1:1 interview. I was pretty much leading the interview since at that time I wasn't really looking for a job. The manager had just found my resume from the pile from half a year ago. It was mostly a discussion of benefits and pay package as I already have lots of sales experience.
