Long interview process which has an impact when you have a number of other places you are interviewing at. Feedback from the hiring team was quick which I found good

Had an interview with both HR and business persons. Had a good feel about questions from business person as it was relevant to the role. However, the HR person was very unstructured. There was a very delayed and incomplete communication right from interview scheduling, to interview to interview feedback. The questions during the interview was also not related. It was more of a – I can ask questions as well. There were deadlines promised – which was never followed. 1. Interview with HR and Hiring manager 2. Quantitative test 3. Business case
