Interview
Brief call with hiring manager and then discussion with HR and Hiring manager together. HR was asking questions which were totally not related to the job or experience. Response times were pathetic.
Typically 3 rounds with focus on payments domain and project Management skills.Managing multiple customers, and negotiation skills required.Financial background is preferred with experience in managing a minimum 3 million dollar project.

Interview
Had an interview with both HR and business persons. Had a good feel about questions from business person as it was relevant to the role.
However, the HR person was very unstructured. There was a very delayed and incomplete communication right from interview scheduling, to interview to interview feedback. The questions during the interview was also not related. It was more of a – I can ask questions as well. There were deadlines promised – which was never followed.
