I had a fantastic interview experience today! The technical session was both challenging and engaging, striking a great balance between theoretical concepts and practical problem-solving. The interviewers were incredibly insightful, and I really enjoyed our discussion on system design and clean code practices. Overall, it was a productive conversation that gave me a clear sense of the team's collaborative culture and technical depth. I’m feeling very positive about the outcome!

Question 1
"One key question they asked was how I handle technical debt while meeting tight deadlines. I really enjoyed explaining my approach to balancing long-term code maintainability with immediate business requirements."
Interview started with two interviewers, one had to leave because they were "busy". The other that stayed asked one question and then talked about the company for the rest of the 20 minutes. Received a rejection 2 months later, complete waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ingenico (Barcelona) in Jan 2024
Interview
Simple interview with recruiter then three weeks later an interview with team manager and HR about working hours, team culture, what I'd be doing, etc, no questions asked. Managers was really nice, HR lady looked like she didn't want to be there or hated me, dunno
