Applied Dec'19. Received call Mar'20 and had 20 min. initial screen phone interview w/HR recruiter. This went well and was then told I would be contacted for next step interview w/hiring team/panel. Then Covid happened thus postponing the process for 5 months. Kept in contact w/recruiter 2x during that time. Followed-up w/recruiter a 3rd time at beginning of July'20 at which time was told next step interview could take place now. Have been contacted 3 times now by recruiter to schedule and no 2nd interview. Was then asked for my resume again. Keep being told hiring team is attempting to schedule a day & time, but just getting the run around by them as I continue to wait despite being told next week 3x now. I'm now giving up on waiting to hear back from them despite being told they continue to try to setup a day/time to perform the 2nd interview next week, again and again. Very unprofessional for such a large publicly held company. One of the worst interview processes I've experienced. HR recruiter has been cordial & responsive, however I think the hiring team/managers are out-of-touch & insensitive to their hiring protocols & practices w/potential candidates; as well as out of touch w/the job description. I would recommend to proceed with caution and not to have so high of expectations from this company despite the status they appear to have as a large reputable publicly held company. Just shows they may be on a downward trend/decline.
