Infosys Performance Testing interview questions

I applied in Infosys through employee referral. Had two round of interview ,both technical. They asked Basic questions about Load Runner and Performance Testing . After clearing both the round , they called me for HR round and they offered in 30% less salary then current package .

There was no interview even though one was set up. I joined the call and the Web meeting but waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. The call I had with the person setting up the interview the day before was convoluted and not clear. Only when I called back the third time because I was still confused as to what was going on, that I found out that it was a video interview and not a face to face. At the same time I was talking to the person setting up the interview, I got an email stating that they were not moving ahead with my application, but the HR person said just to ignore it, that it was junk mail. Not sure what's up with Infosys HR but man, they have GOT to get it together.
