Interview
It took 45 mins and there were technical questions in java, sql.
More questions regarding the current role and enhancement.
There were situation related questions as well.
They were testing communication and analytical skills as well

Interview
The main test was an essay writing which was needed to attach with the resume and after that there was just a walking interview. They took interview 1 on 1. But I don't know on what basis they were here to select, because they didn't asked much to any one. Just 3-4 questions.

There were no difficult questions. The HR just asked 3 question to all candidates. Tell me about yourself, What's your salary expectations, and will you be able to work at night shift?
