I want to share my experience. I have cleared technical and manager round and was waiting for salary discussion with HR. It's been more than 10days in which i send followup mail and contacted HR on call but HR ghosted me. And later when my refree friend asked about my status that why my status is review in process. HR said that my bgv failed. 1. HR should have contacted me instead of ghosting. 2. When my bgv was cleared in two companies i am amused why it has failed in infosys that too at which point. 3. I have sent mails to HR to give me the feedback for the future reference. Still no response from them. I don't know why it happened so.. atleast they should have courtesy to tell me where my bgv failed. Extremely disappointed.
