Interview
Interview starts with essay writing..then with aptitude..and last one was telephonic talk, there they asked about yourself and other type of questions like as I am from computer background so they asked me computer related questions.
2 ROUNDS
1.Aptitude - Maths questions, email writing, voice based questions basic excel questions basic English questions were asked
2. Manager round - basic questions were asked based on your resume
In 2018, it was on campus,
1) online assessment (typical reasoning etc)
2) interview (which was mainly Managerial and also based on resume).
Mostly female candidates got easy questions than male candidates( this is based on experience of my friends and myself)
1 interview with the recruiter and then you wait for them to ring and offer you the job, Easy and straightforward, It's a minimum wage role, so they accept whoever apply
