Interview
This was a college process which lasted for a day. It started with an aptitude test which was given to all the candidates who applied. After this round, some candidates got eliminated. The remaining candidates were then called for personal interview round. There were four interview panels so as to foster faster interview process. The interview was CV based with questions pertaining to previous projects done. The interview was a technical as well as an HR one.

Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
