Interview process is quite easy they will ask basic questions about active directory, 0365 , networking ,Ip address, service change request, incidents.
Hr will start with introduction and more about your educational background after that there is a written test like amcat but easier simple logical and reasoning questions to check IQ level

It was mostly anout communication, and a few techincal simple questions on AI and latest technologies. And also few general knowledge questions where they check about the choice of words and spontanity.
