I first talked to a recruiter, over the phone, who went through the interview process with me. Followed by meeting the recruiter and talking at ICC's office, taking a short test, and then meeting one of ICC's technical leads who interviewed me. There was a major focus on my past experiences and getting to know me as a person. They didn't focus on technical questions like other consultant companies.
