I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inform
Interview
Communication was very good between HR, the hiring manager, and myself. The process was much quicker than most competitors in the field. HR performed a phone screen and I also spoke with a few members of the team before interviewing with two members of the sales team and other sales support staff member we. I felt as though the environment was a casual and friendly environment. I liked the speed at which the process moved along, especially after coming from a large company where the interview process could take many months.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General questions about past work experience, resume walk-through, and situational/competency questions that were to be answered with examples...(ex: tell me about a time when you were faced with adversity, what is your biggest achievement, etc.)
Some questions were more conversational in natures and based on straight-up work experiences, sales history/track record, key relationships with agencies and accounts.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Inform (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter about the role but I was not looking at the time. It sounded interesting so I went ahead and interviewed. Had a face to face with the VP of People which went well. Nice modern office which was attractive. They invited me back to meet the leadership team and key individuals I would be working with on a daily basis. Everyone was very nice and informative. They were also very honest about the glassdoor reviews which I was very skeptical about. I was asked questions about my experience and background which were very relevant to my background and the team also did a very good job of explaining who they were, what the company was about and their business model which was not easy to understand at first. Long story short, I felt really good after leaving the interview which took about 3 hours. They moved very quickly and extended an offer the next day. I accepted.

Interview
One of the quicker interview processes I've participated in. Consisted of one phone screening to learn about candidate background and one onsite interview that lasted only a couple of hours. On-site interview was in 3 part. First part was with a project manager and focused on 'big picture'. Second part was with a couple of engineers and was the sole 'technical' part with a little bit of white boarding. Last part was meeting with the HR or 'people' person.
It was a fairly easy interview, I just wish that since there was a technical portion, it would have been a bit more substantial.

Question 1
Only one question and it was a whiteboard/pseudocode exercise to find various combinations of substrings.
