I was first contacted by headhunter, they invited me for an interview, after interview they sent me a task. The task wasn't difficult but it still took time to do it. After that I was invited for the "final" round interview. Did not get any introduction from the people that first contacted me, just three new people in an interview. During the interview I had a feeling that they are not satisfied with my answers. Even at the first interview they insisted that it was an entry level position. But, here comes the catch it is entry level when you talk about paycheck, and not when it is about the skills needed. What I thought was that the knowledge of English language is a must, but not a SINGLE word was spoken in English. When I asked them how would a typical workday look like they gave me an answer in two or three sentences, but on the other hand I felt they were annoyed when I described what I thought the job was about and I couldn't describe it any better then they did. I can't say they weren't polite but to be honest I felt relieved they didn't give me an offer because It just didn't feel right, every question I asked was dodged and deemed a "secret".
