I was unable to connect to get a video call, so the recruiter called my cell. He asked what my availability was and if I had a USB headset. He did not ask any other questions-- which was strange to me. He later send me and some other recruits information on how to fill out paperwork to accept the job. None of it was working so he said to hang tight until they figured it out. I did not hear from anyone until the next week. It was a completely different person emailing me with a job offer. I accepted, and they said to be ready for training in the morning. I woke up to find no email or correspondence from anyone at all. I called them and called the help line.
