I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infinite IT Solutions (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2011
Interview
I initially found their website by looking at who the up and comers are in the IT world. Infinite IT always hit every list I looked at, and they were climbing the charts when comparing year over year results.
So I went to their website and submitted my resume. I got called within a few days to do a quick phone interview, which lasted about 15 minutes and the guy told me he wanted to meet in person.
When I got there, I was greeted by a pleasant looking lady with a big smile. She asked me to sign in and I waited for my interview to start. I don't know why, but I wasn't even the slightest bit nervous. The place felt so comfortable that I didn't have the usual butterflies. It was a good sign for sure.
I sat with one of the 2 founding partners and he asked me all the usual questions. The overall interview wasn't too structured - was more like an ongoing conversation that I got to talk about myself. 40 minutes later and the person was telling me that he wanted me to meet his partner.
So they called me back for a 2nd interview 2 weeks later. I met with the other partner and the meeting was similar to the first, only much more technical.
They told me within a week that I had the job. Was SO happy! I spent 4 years of my life with Infinite IT, and am sad that I had to leave.

Question 1
Usual questions - work ethics are a big part of their concerns. They don't want people who turn over jobs a lot and move around. This isn't a place you go to step your career up and use them. They'll invest in you as an employee and train you and get you certified, but they don't want employees going out the door once they get the certifications.
