Infineon Technologies Junior Process Engineer interview questions

I was being interviewed in Kulim before. The JD mentioned was to have 1-2 years of work experience. In short the position suited fresh graduates or those at early careers. There are 5 candidates at that time, but the chosen one was one with 5years work experience. That should be Senior Process Engineer job then. Follow up to the HR but no reply, knew they chose the candidate from linked in post of the chosen one. Shocked at first with this attitude but after been scrolling Linkedin and saw massive number of people waving goodbye to Infineon, I do not shock anymore.
