3 step process:
-first call with an analog engineer and HR
-second call with a software engineer and HR
-third call with the supervisor and a team member
Each trance lasted for 1h more or less and everyone was open to questions

After the description of the company, role and project they asked my relevant academic background and a technical question about the software skills. It was quite informal and it ended with the description of the details of the contract.
