Had to go through two interviews. First interview with hiring manager and director. Second interview with Techinical director & head of unit processing. Interview duration was one hour for each session.
Focus on work experience and technical issue on how systematically were addressed. Was ask the management skill on how i handle multiple engineers. Very detailed discussion on issue was addressed
