for an experienced employee, it is mainly multiple rounds of technical interviews then a talk with managers on personality assessment. Normally there would two tech interviews followed by a talk with supervisors then an HR round.
There will be online test. Those who qualify the test they will be appearing for technical interview. They ask questions from basic to advance. They will ask about coding. They ask about your projects which you have done
