Applied and did all interviews, after round 4, after investing a lot of time, never heard from the recruiter, I emailed him to follow up and he completely ghosted me
I applied online. I interviewed at Industrious (Washington, DC) in Jun 2026
Interview
I interviewed for the Member Experience Manager position. The process began with an initial recruiter screening, followed by interviews with local leadership. The conversations were professional, and I enjoyed learning more about the company and role.
My main concern was the lack of communication following the interviews. After completing the process, I did not receive any follow-up regarding next steps, whether the position had been filled, or if I was no longer being considered. Despite following up, I never received a definitive update.
A simple update or rejection email would have been appreciated. Based on my experience, the interview process started positively but ended with a disappointing lack of communication.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Industrious (New York, NY)
Interview
Interview was great. We discussed my background in member experience and the initial recruiter was transparent about the next interview steps, but it was more like a general conversation without specifying which location they were looking to fill. The second round gave more information about where they needed support and she was very kind. I made it to the third round but had to turn it down as it wasn't aligning with my goals at the time. Overall, it seemed like they appreciated what my unique background brought to the table for this role, and had my goals aligned, it would have been a great fit.
