They scheduled a phone interview which they asked to tell me about myself and they talked about their company. Following that an in person interview was scheduled . They asked generic interview questions (nothing too crazy or hard) and there were 3 people interviewing. Also, they don't look at your portfolio when they contact you for an interview. When I got there they took a look at my portfolio and said they needed people with experience with realistic models. Which is fair enough but I wished they looked at it before I was called in since it was clear that they were looking for a specific style. Frankly, I felt like I wasted my time coming in. If i had one complaint, the hiring manager was very passive aggressive and made unnecessary snarky comments that made me kinda uncomfortable. I emailed her back to ask about an update about the position but she never replied back to me.
