The first round was a Gmat test for an hour half and no calculator was allowed. The Gmat test consist of 4 sections for a total of approximately 40+ questions.

Interview
Went for 1st round interview consisting of a mathematic written test which was pretty difficult as you are not allowed to use or take in a calculator. Everything tested had been taught in secondary school level education.
There are 4 stages: Written Assessment, interview with senior consultant, interview with senior partners and finally interview with Managing Partner.
Written assessment is straightforward- thin GMAT kind of test. Interview with senior consultant was just one market sizing question and couple of behavioural and motivational questions. Interview with senior partners also focused mainly on motivational questions more specific to the firm. Finally, interview with CEO was purely a case interview.
