I have never experienced such disorganized and disrespectful HR practices before. Initially, she reached out to me to ask for an available timeslot for a phone interview. I replied, but she didn't send an email to confirm, so I stood by that day in case she would suddenly call. Unfortunately, she didn't. She then asked me again in a new email thread, and I promptly replied. However, she didn't confirm within two days, so I had to send a follow-up email to confirm if she was okay with the proposed time. She later replied, mentioning that she would make a call on the interview day. On the interview day, 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I was the one who called for the interview instead. She was the one who asked for the interview schedule, but she completely forgot about it. She was the first HR professional I've ever encountered who showed such disrespect for interviewees' time.
